First Influenster Voxbox!

A couple of months ago a friend of mine told me about a website she had joined that sent her products to test for free in exchange for her opinion and suggested I sign up. I'll admit that I was a bit skeptical at first, but my curiosity got the best of me so I checked out the site and before I knew it I had created an account and was review products I use for other users to read. 

Fast forward a little over four months after initially created my profile and I was sent my first voxbox. Inside was the Maybelline 24 hour superstay foundation for me to try and write a review on. After trying it out I wrote up my review for the website and decided I might as well write a blog post letting everyone else know what I thought so here goes nothing.

I don't know if this last 24 hours, I only wore it for eight, but I will tell you that it stayed in place over the eight hours I wore it which impressed me. I like that it was buildable and didn't feel heavy or look cakey expect for on a few patches around my nose that are really dry right now. I was complimented on my makeup by family and asked what I used different and all the credit went to this foundation because its the only product I had switched up in my usual makeup routine. 

Aside from enhancing the patchy areas I had the only other compliant I would have about this foundation is that it claims to be full coverage and I would say it's more of a medium coverage but it definitely buildable. Before trying this foundation out I was using the Milani foundation and that one is definitely full coverage while this one is a little bit of a lighter coverage. 

Overall I liked this foundation and can see myself using it for everyday use and saving my Milani for special occasion or times when I want a more flawless look as opposed to a light weight everyday look that I can achieve with the Maybelline superstay foundation.

**Book Review** : The Wall of Winnipeg and Me

I had never read anything by Mariana Zapata before reading this, but now I'm eager to read her other work. Lately I've been in a sports romance genre kick and found this in a list of "sports romance" books to read on Goodreads and decided to check it out and I'm happy to announce I wasn't disappointed! :)  Vanessa Mazur has worked for pro football player, Aiden Graves for 2 years, and more often than not he drives her nuts. This list was actually a lot harder to narrow down than I thought it was going to be, but here it is, my 10 favorite movies. I'm interested in seeing if any of these are on your list and if not the what movies and if you've watched them, so without further ado here is my list.  10. For Keeps  Honestly I love all the movies Molly Ringwald stared in during the 80s, but I had to include this movie on the list because of how real they kept the story line.
