Are You Ready?

I've never been one to shove my faith and beliefs down anyone's throat, so I'm going to give everyone a heads up now that this post will be about God, faith, and all that good stuff so if you don't want to read it then by all means leave now. If you're still here than thank you for giving this post a chance and I hope you're blessed by it. I was raised in church and my pastors are my grandpa & uncle. Reading that I know you're probably thinking I'm some good girl who thinks she's better than everyone else, but you couldn't be further from the truth. Just like everyone else I sin and make mistakes, but I still try to live everyday doing my best to please God. I actually found the quote above on Pinterest and wanted to share it with all of you because even though I know that I'm not perfect, I still try to live my life like this quote says. It's not easy but at the end of my life I want to know that I did everything I

Reading has been on of my favorite past times, even as a little girl there was something about reading a really good book that just did something for me. Now I that I'm older I'd say it helps fulfill the part of me that yearns to travel the world. It takes me away from my reality and transports me into a whole other world where I feel what the characters feel and get to go on a new adventure with every book that I read. So when I was thinking about what I should post next I thought what would be better than giving you all a list of some of my favorite books. I had never read anything by Mariana Zapata before reading this, but now I'm eager to read her other work. Lately I've been in a sports romance genre kick and found this in a list of "sports romance" books to read on Goodreads and decided to check it out and I'm happy to announce I wasn't disappointed! :)  Vanessa Mazur has worked for pro football player, Aiden Graves for 2 years, and more often than not he drives her nuts. She's his assistant/cook but has bigger dreams than catering to someone else's needs, so she decided to quit and follow her dreams.  Aiden finds himself lost without Vanessa and shows up at her door 2 weeks after she quits. While Vanessa is shock to see her ex-boss at her doorstep she's even more surprise after she learns why he's turned up, he needs her help with something with high stakes for her. Vanessa is torn between helping out someone she took care of for 2 years and doing the 'right thing'.
